We’re working our way through the dreary days of Winter in Pittsburgh. Punxsutawney Phil guaranteed us an early Spring, but groundhogs can’t always be trusted! So we’re coming up with our own ways to add some sparkle to our days. One thing that always cheers us up is to spruce up the kitchen! It’s the room where everyone spends most of their time with family, so why not make it a space that reflects your personal style and puts a smile on your face?
You can add sparkle to your kitchen in several ways. A few new accessories, deep cleaning, or new pendant lights. We recently spent time in this Cabinet World kitchen for a shoot with our spokesperson Joanne and fell in love with the extra sparkle hanging from the ceiling.
The three pendants hanging over the island really pop against the dark wood Showplace cabinetry, and they are complimented by the light stone counters. What a great example of personalized design! You can see in the below photo that these pendant lights are combined with recessed lights in the ceiling, under-cabinet lights and lights inside the upper glass front cabinets. This combination allows the homeowner to create any kind of lighting set up they desire, and it’s completely customizable!
